Black Magic is the original charcoal seasoning dating back to 1935. It is made for the grill! And provides a subtle savory flavor that enhances the taste of your meat without overpowering it. Enjoy more flavor without the excess salt! We created the first Charcoal Seasoning and even with the popularity of this product now, we are the only ones doing it right. A charcoal-based seasoning will be bland unless the correct blending sequence and technique is used. We hold this sequence and technique as a trade secret. Other companies that attempt this product deal with the bland result in two ways. They either add a hot pepper like cayenne or load the product with MSG. Neither works very well. Pour a very generous amount on both sides of your meat. Let rest for at least fifteen minutes and grill to your preference. Let it rest again for 5-10 minutes once removed from the grill (we use foil) and Enjoy the Magic!
White Magic is truly an all-purpose seasoning. It works great as a dry rub on chicken, fish, & pork, but it doesn’t have to be cooked! It’s also wonderful tableside on pasta, salad, and veggies. The hint of citrus in this seasoning really ties the flavor together and reminds us of Mis’ Rubin’s Greek origins.
